Terms and Conditions

1) Payment
     1.1) All prices listed are in USD.
     1.2) Payment in installments are accepted, but a minimum initial payment of 20USD must be made before work starts, and final payment
             must be made before receiving the final product. The usage and/or sharing of work-in-progress (WIP) at any point by the Client or
             the Artist shall be subject to mutual agreement.
     1.3) The Client is to avoid paying before receiving a confirmation from the Artist that their commission will be starting. Any Client still in
             a queue/waitlist and hasn't made a payment yet will be free to forfeit their slot.
     1.4) Payments that have been made after work starts will be non-refundable, unless unforeseen circumstances arise for the Artist,
             resulting in unacceptable delays or inability to complete the commission(s). In these cases, a partial or full refund will be initiated by
             the Artist and delivered within 14 days, and the usage/sharing of WIP will be discussed to the point of mutual agreement.2) All commission work and WIP will only come as a digital product. Files will be sent via Email/Discord/WeTransfer/Twitter, depending on the agreed upon platform.3) All commissions will not be on a first come, first served basis. The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission received for any reason, be it due to the nature of the commission itself, or other reason(s) unspecified.
     3.1) The expected average turnaround time for Alerts and OBS Mic Tuning commissions will be within 7-14 days of starting on the
             commission, and within 30 days in the case of BGM commissions. Please do understand that it may vary depending on the work
             requested, and IRL responsibilities.4) The Artist retains full rights of all work done for commissions, complete and incomplete, to use them either commercially or non-commercially as content for his channels (YouTube, SoundCloud, Twitter, etc.) or portfolio for showcasing purposes. The Artist, obviously, will not be allowed to sell completed commissioned works to people other than the Client themselves.
     4.1) The Client may request to be the one who first showcases the completed work on their social media.5) Communication is a vital part to working on the commission. If the Client goes missing and stops responding for 7 days without notice, the Artist reserves the right to postpone the commission at hand until the next nearest opportunity. A lack of response for an additional 5 days or more, the Client will be deemed to no longer be interested in the commission, and the Artist reserves the right to drop the commission entirely without refund. The Client will lose all rights to the WIP, and the Artist has the right to repurpose the work done up to this point, or use it for any other purpose as he sees fit.
     5.1) The only exception to the term above will be emergencies, where the Client is unable to contact anybody due to health, family,
             financial emergencies, or other cases that visibly affect their online presence. In this case, the state of the commission will be
             revisited and discussed upon.

During Commissions

This refers to the 3 general stages of the Background Music (BGM)/Alerts commissions: Composing/Drafting > Producing > Mix/Mastering

6) Revisions:
     6.1) BGM
          - 1 major revision(e.g. Composition/genre/completely new melodies), and 2 minor revisions(e.g. Volume/Instrument/Effects) are
             allowed.
     6.2) Alerts & OBS Mic Tuning
          - 2 minor revisions allowed7) Composing/Drafting Stage:
     7.1) The Client should come prepared with 1-3 or more references to aid the Artist in understanding their vision upon requesting for a              commission.
     7.2) The main bulk of communication will be done at this stage as drafts will be shared, so the Client should ideally be 100% sure about
             the general direction of the composition/draft before the next stage, as any further changes become much more difficult.
     7.3) Any major revision shall only be allowed at this stage for the reason stated above.8) Producing & Mix/Mastering Stage:
     8.1) WIP will be shared to the Client at this stage, and the Client will still be allowed to request for minor revisions.
     8.2) As stated earlier in 1.2, the Client is not allowed to share the WIP to the public without permission.

Usage/Copyright

9) By placing a commission, the Client is granted a sync license that allows for limited commercial use as follows with regards to the BGM and Alerts SFX commission(s):

10) Failure to comply with the terms listed, as well as fraudulent chargebacks, will result in revoked rights to all past/present/future
       work(s), and/or a public blacklisting of the Client. All work(s) associated with the blacklisted client(s) will then be repurposed or resold
       at the Artist's discretion.

I will use OBS filters and help improve the quality of your microphone audio!
IMPORTANT: Please download the ReaPlug VST because I will be using the EQ and Compressor it provides!
For this commission, please provide a 60 second raw recording of yourself speaking as you would on stream, and leave about 5 seconds of silence either at the beginning or end of the recording. Both mp3 or mp4 format are accepted!
You will receive: The same mp4 recording you sent with the updated sound for your listening reference, along with screenshots of the settings used in the filters so you can copy over to your OBS!

Additional info before commissioning!

- As stated in the Terms & Conditions page: Commissions are not first come, first served.- The more details you give upfront, the easier it will be for me to help you make what you're looking for.- Please do not claim my work as your own. Credit me instead, be it in your "About" sections or description boxes.- I will always do my best to finish the commissions ASAP. But please understand that it may vary depending on the work requested, and IRL responsibilities.- Communication is essential for me, especially while composing so that I know I am aligned with your request. I understand that IRL stuff happens, so taking a little longer to reply (2-3 days) is acceptable, and I hope we can have this mutual understanding and respect. However, please do take note of #5 in the T&Cs page.If that is all okay with you, then please go ahead and submit your commission through my Vgen page!
